anyone bored yet? Lets design a knife!

Post by timos »

Hey, Lets have a little fun. I ll run this poll for a day or two depending on interest. Once we select the first option Ill run a new poll for each additional option. Who knows what we come up with in the end? We will see. The initial poll is just a subset of sizes/ general purposes to help narrow it down. Let me know if I forgot anything obvious. You may choose two options as well as change your vote. Lets have a little fun!

I have more Gyutos/Chefs than I know what to do with and not really a cleaver man. I'm always looking for
the perfect petty anymore since smaller knives seem to get used most after a gyuto.

Chinese cleaver/ bunka hybrid. Same as Jeff B, I love Gyutos, but started to dread buying them because I know they're going to be used for a week and then just sit in the back rotation for a few months, and I'll still want my next fix.

Ok, I will come up with a new poll to narrow down types of cleavers. Not exactly sure how yet, it seems like id have to create a new thread for each poll.
