I was looking for the size of the knife, but eventually I've found the perfect knife for me, classic chief's knife, from J.A. Henckles, not very sophisticated but a good choice anyway. I am using it for 2 weeks already, and I can say it is doing its work very good, never had troubles with a bad cut of a fruit or meat, comfortable to be held in hand, and not too big, just perfect. Anyway still having doubts about it, because I found here https://www.thewindupspace.com/best-che ... -under-50/ many other knives, which seems good to me as well. If you are like, always having troubles in buying something, then here lies the answer to your doubts
