Finally landed a Kato 240, standard. I understand that hype a little bit more now, what a fun knife to use. It isnt built like a laser but goes through product like one.

Adding to the Tanaka collection once again. 240 Kagekiyo B1 gyuto. I've been wanting one of these for several years now. Well worth the wait, but sad it took so long to finally get. Just 100% impressed with this number.
