How well they might sell, you would know best. Jikko seems to be a name becoming more popular all the time.

Mu impression is that Jikko is a retailer or middle man in Japan with close connections to the artisans. They don't produce anything themselves.

There is a reason AEB-L is the goto stainless for makers like Devin Thomas and Randy Haas. Good stuff!

Only AEB-L I have is a lil' DCB Customs paring. Great little knife, very sharp.

I bought a Daovua blade & half-assed stuck one of my new handles on it (Not enough epoxy & now I have gaps to fill). I love this blade!! It's very thin, took a keen edge right away, & feels great on the stones. I only put a quick working edge on it, & it performs excellently. It's definitely a rough finish, but for $60 you can't go wrong!
