Yahiko Shirogami Hairline

Post by cwillett »

Does anyone know if the hairline series from Yahiko feature the same basic geometry as the Nashiji or Kurouchi lines? Same smith? There isn't much information out there, but a Christmas present might be coming my way and an intermediate size knife might be nice. I really like my Nashiji 240mm gyuto and this could be a nice complement. Also looking at a variety of bunkas and santokus.

I’m in the same boat as you. Just waiting for a video and/or user feedback. They look really nice.

Just pulled the trigger on the 180 in this line. Will report back once I try it out.

They're a different blacksmith shop.
