Very excited about this knife - this will be my first step up from Shun as far as Japanese knives are concerned. This will also be my first gyuto. Looking forward to using it, especially after your aftermarket sharpening service.

Was wondering when you expect the next batch of Fujiyama's? I picked up that FT B#2 240 Gyuto from you and I love it a lot. I understand that the FT sharpener is not with them any longer and was looking to see when I can pick up a FM Fuji Gyuto?
