Please help us out guys. I'm not going to be able to do much customer service over the next 2 weeks. We're all going to be pumping out orders.
These are some things that really slow us down on a daily basis. Try to avoid these and we'll be able to get your packages out more quickly.
Emails asking for help with knife selection. (Please use the forum, you guys know more than me anyway)
Sharpening assistance (Please use the forum)
Emails asking for changes to orders, additions, subtractions etc.
Phone Calls
Special requests for extra photos etc
Special requests to have me cherry pick a knife for you out of our inventory.
Also please check your shipping info before you hit the send button. We get a shocking amount of typos in the shipping addresses and have to dig out packages to correct the mistakes after customers email or call us.
After Xmas we'll be able to do all these things again as usual. We don't mind helping at all when we have the time.
