Silent Auction, Doi Blue 2, Carter Handle Saya
Hello All,
I purchased and had one of the Doi 240s with the intent of auctioning or raffling it off this year for Special Olympics MN.
Bidding will be done via email.
Please put your forum name, and bid amount in the subject line.
If you are outbid, I will email you back with that you have been outbid.
Auction will remain up until 20/02/2018
chefnicholasmiller@gmail.com
There is a minimum opening bid of $300.00 USD.
Knife has been touched up once, and used on a handful of onions and carrots to get a feel for the knife.
I will remove any patina, and ship the knife at my expense to the winner.
All of the proceeds will go to Special Olympics MN.
Thank you.
If you do not want to bid but would still like to donate:

She's a beauty! My Doi is a beast with proteins especially. It has been my go to as a slicer the past month. Good luck man!
I'm Dave. I don't take myself too seriously and you probably shouldn't either.

Awesome handle and saya to go with a beautiful knife. Carter did a fantastic job!
If God wanted me to be a vegetarian he wouldn't have made animals taste so good.

I will be happy to get the knife but also thouroughly disappointed if my bid wins. This knife has to
be worth more than that! Carter's handle and saya has to be worth no less than 1/2 of my bid!

It's more beautiful in person.
I love it and it will hurt to let go kind of like fostering a dog.
To anyone that has or is thinking of donating
I did a jump yesterday for Special Olympics it was 7 below 0
So thank you
I still have the big jump March 3rd to look forward to.
Thanks for the support

I was tempted to bid and upgrade as I already own one. That's a STEAL of a starting price! I just sharpened mine yesterday and the only thing I have that sharpens easier is a TF w1.

Bid all I could, I would love to fight for this knife but the budget just isn't there......

Hell of deal given starting bid. Awesome custom handle on a gorgeous knife for a good cause. I bid What I figure cost to be for the whole shebang, but really should go north of that
