TOYAMA NOBORIKOI KASUMI GYUTO 210MM

Post by ChefKnivesToGo »

Ok guys, here is the next Forum Exclusive. I have a few of these 210s that I'm selling off to CKTG Forum members that are also heavy buyers (you know who you are). If you have some interest in these please email me and I'll hook you up with one.
Price is $330. They look like this (not my photo).

We'll be getting some 240s after this shipment and they should arrive soon. If you want one of those instead, please hold off and I'll do a separate sale for you later.

Dude...my wallet says no but that is a good price and I want to so bad. I already have a Wat so I think that will be largely redundant...Someone is going to LOVE these knives though!

PS he said he's not accepting new orders. He's in his 70s and has too many back orders to do currently so these are going to be it and we won't be getting more.

Get em while they’re hot fellas! Toyamas are monster performers. Kinda missing mine, but I know it’s in good hands with its new owner.

Would love to buy. I'd have to sell 2-3 before I could afford though.

So some of us are being penalized for being poor? Wait, if I'm poor I can't afford it anyway...nevermind. :D

Yeah, I know that feeling. Normally I do not hold on to so many knives but I tend to sell my catch and release knives locally to my best friend or my brother but they are no longer in the market for new knives. Now I have a surplus of like 12 knives and have to decide which ones to sell off if I intend to try new ones, and I do! The time to start honyaki hunting is almost upon me.

It's a lot of catch and release.

Shiro Kamo R2
Gehei B2 240
Itto-Ryu 210 w2
TF 240 (replaced with a different knife)
Makotoa W2 Damascuss as well

I THINK that's it... both Katos are staying, the HHH is staying so is the KS and the Kanehiro.

I think this in a 210 maybe can replace my Anryu 210? maybe... I love this in a 240 (picked one up) but... would like to see if the 210 can compete.

Hey, Nick. Want to test drive a Toyama 210 so you can be sure it will replace your Anryu? I have benefited from much of your pass around generosity and would love to pay part of it back if I could. Let me know!
