Show us your newest stone!
Re: Show us your newest stone!
Got this Oh-uchi from Ken the other day, might keep it untouched for now since the yaginoshima asagi is doing everything I need.

Haha, I was wondering about it this morning also. I think he said ohira tommae, does that sound right to anyone?

I have one too and it is wicked hard and super fine, makes a natural mirror on core steel and a lightly foggy almost mirror finish on the cladding. Much, much harder than my Asagi but has almost just as good feedback, which was surprising!

I'm working on some stuff. It's going to take me a few days to load all the pictures, prices and take measurements.
