This.
Maybe if they are ready the next batch of Kono KS clones, whatever they're called (I forget).

LOL - Every time my wife looks over my shoulder and I'm looking at the CKTG page she says "Your not buying another knife are you?" A Takeda 240 Gyuto would shine brightly in my kitchen!

There really should be a "Member's Card" that comes with yearly bonuses for the holidays... you know, special Thanksgiving, a special on Christmas... 8 specials during Hanukah... hahaha
Request: Chosera stones \ Kohetsu knife\stone line special \ Yahiko line special...
EDIT: Custom Handles special...

I'm sticking with the "Buy One Get One Free" suggestion.

I keep saying ‘I won’t buy another knife for myself till next year’. However, I think my wife and daughter may need one before then

How about some full sized stones to sharpen that young samurai Yanagiba? I'd be all over that. Oh and perhaps an Ealy petty.

Your suggestions are good ones. I’ll try and offer some of them so you guys can get some good deals on things that appeal to you.

I hope the free international shipping sticks as an option.
Just curious—why is this not a "cyber Monday" deal given that it is an exclusively online store? That way Mark and Sue could actually enjoy Thanksgiving with a less busy Friday, too.

The Konosuke sanjo YS would be a good suggestion. Lol.
A Konosuke MM too would be high on my list.

That would definitely be high on mine too Jeff! It would be pretty cool to see if we could also get an older line of knives in that have been out of stock for forever like a Kurosaki Laser or a Sukenari AS Damascus would be really cool!

Is there any difference, besides the steel obviously, between the Ginsan and blue 2 MM offerings?

A 240mm gyuto that is blue steel #2, with a quality handle and ferrule (not plastic), and at a good price range. Wa handle preferred.
