Konosuke White #2 Fujiyama No. 6 Cleaver
We got 6 of these and again I don't think there is going to be a mad rush for them but you never know. Here is the page and it's live now: https://www.chefknivestogo.com/kofucl.html
I'll go back and update specs shortly.

I'd put a WTB in the classifirds. I'm sure at least one person will not jive with it. I love mine, but they won't be for everybody. Phenomenal imo, but still not everyones cup of tea.

This offering I think should have been an email request, like the Fuji 270 last week.
I got the email, went to look and gone! I have been waiting for a long time for one.

I'm striking out on everything. Hoping the gyuto are by email still
Re: Konosuke White #2 Fujiyama No. 6 Cleaver
Congratulations to the people who picked them up!
I had one of the other ones from a couple of years? back for a bit.
Good cleaver, not my favorite....
But it's a cool piece.
I'd be curious to see how many make it back up here down the road. I think last time he had 6 come in and four shuffled around to new home in the weeks after people had their fun with them.
The longer I use Chinese style cleavers the more I'm leaning towards getting beater ones (i.e. CCK) because the nice ones are a little bit of worry and work in a pro kitchen.....but then again my opinion has changed after the whole wrist fracture because I haven't been able to find my mojo with them again since
Hopefully someone will post some kind of feedback on one though.

I'm impressed by those who can properly use a cleaver for everything in a kitchen. Hope the ones that sold today will be put to good use. Congrats to the buyers!

Dang, these were cheaper than the last time. I'm almost certain I paid more years ago. Nice score for the six!
I'm Dave. I don't take myself too seriously and you probably shouldn't either.
