I don't want to leave out the after dinner drink Limoncello. I followed his directions and for the past three seasons my Eureka Lemon tree has yielded some fine drinks following the directions below;

This guy sends weekly recipes to your email. Heavy sales pitch to buy his rub, but the recipes are great if you're into smoking.

Chef Steps is good. I get their info on my Joule app.
Serious Eats is the real deal, though.

More entertaining than educational, but the youtube series 'Binging with Babish' has some fun times recreating dishes from TV and movies.

I love it. Although paying the $5 for pro is a must. I have all my recipes with me at all times. It makes going online and looking for new ones and downloading them a snap.Bob Z wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 9:48 pm How are you liking that paprika app? maybe its time for best food/recipe etc app post?Energizerbunny wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 6:08 pm

Food and wine, Bon appetit, Project foodie app on iphone (may be on android but not sure), kitchn.com, epicurious, several youtube channels, Foodwishes.com is one I frequent. Awesome rack of lamb recipe in there. Many rec's for serious eats here... I do know it but don't frequent it. Will have to pay more attention.

Mine too!JazzBass wrote: ↑Fri Mar 03, 2017 7:04 amSame here. I also enjoy the fantastic Swedish foodie site called Taffel.se a lot, but unless you speak Swedish it's probably not for you.mauichef wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2017 3:43 pmYou took the words right out of my mouthjmcnelly85 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2017 1:49 pm Amazingribs.com and seriouseats.com are gold mines of information.
My absolute favorites.
I'd also add www.splendidtable.org , a nice American site and radio show. The radio shows ends up as podcasts once a week. Now it's been a while since I listened to them last time, but it's great to listen to them for instance in the car when driving longer distances, and later you can check out the recipes and written articles on the webpage. Or just go there to check out what's new.

I keep going back to Martha Stewart's site for ideas. Don't always follow them specifically however some good stuff there especially classics.
