Green Cholula hot sauce

Post by Rufus Leaking »

If you haven’t tried it yet, this stuff is the bomb. It’s the perfect compliment to raw oysters and whatever else you may want to spice up. Pretty common thing to use the Tabasco green on oysters in Louisiana, but it has that fermented funk about it. The Cholula is different; slightly sweet, much less a signature taste, more a compliment. Try it. You won’t be disappointed, I gar-on-tee it.

No tomatillos listed; poblano and jalapeño. It’s very different from the original. It’s muy bueno.

Green cholula is awesome.

If you ever see it, pick up Blair's Jalapeño Death sauce. Very little heat unfortunately, but so flavorful it's worth it. My favorite is to put it on eggs or on a salad.
It does have tomatillos.

I just bought a bottle. Great tangy, spicy taste.
