Just a simple smoked ham.
Found a super easy method for basic smoked ham. Fun nd the cheapest spiral cut ham. Yep tried the more expensive hams but they did not come out as good.
Smoke at 240 for four hours. I used cherrywood this time but any hard wood works, except for mesquite wood. Find this too oily.
The sprial cut allows the smoke to get in better.
Always get great reviews on this. Don’t tell them how easy it is

Re: Sunday dinner
I have found that when I first started I over smoked the food. Now I don’t use as much wood so it’s not over powering. On this ham about 4oz only of wood chips.

Looks great Ron. I do the same thing with the Costco spiral cut hams on my pellet grill. I usually use cherry or alder, sometimes pecan.
