Shepherd's Pie

Post by jbart65 »

Saw a good-looking recipe and suddenly had the hankering to try. I ate it a few times as a kid and once in a restaurant. Mine was light years better and it was fairly easy to make.

A yummy and simple weeknight dinner in the cooler months if you prep the tatas the night before. Served with sliced apples. Sauteed spinach would have been a nice addition, too.

That sounds really interesting, Ramon. Like a cross between pastelone and the filling in an empanada.

I have never cooked with yucca before. About time I do.
