One of my favorite parts of running my own business is hearing back from happy customers! This was a custom request for Cherry/E.Indian Rosewood. The customer performed the install himself.

Nice!

I make mine the same way. A shorter blade looks better ( to me ) with a shorter handle and shorter ferrule.

I agree with balancing the visual, but more importantly I like to balance the blade at or just in front of the pinch grip.
