Used to love selling this line. Unfortunately divorce causes things to change. IMOP these beat the Sabatier hands down, no bolster, Swedish steel and ebony handle. Absoluty some fine French Craftsmanship here with my edge. Had this since 2013. Had the juniper handle but it didn't make it through the negotiations. Sharpened believe or not on ice bears up to 8k. Did a wonderful job and I know not popular stones but do work really well on certain steels. Sometimes better than the Choseras or Shaptons . love the leather saya these come with. Hope to reget this line soon with pocket knives. Enjoy the pics
