Going to start leaning towards this similar style edge I used to make on steels that will take it without a weeks worth of work and chewing up stones. This turned out beautiful. I remember doing it on Choseras up to a snow white 8k. It was razor sharp. Hate I lost the video over time. Crap happens.

Thank you so much. I appreciate a compliment from a accomplished sharpener. I'm going to start opening most of them up like this again lately its been full chef bags that come in Thursday with knives covered with baked on or stuck on food, bags covered in grease dripping in it than they want it back on Saturday so its the quick as good as time allows will gets. I can only work so fast. I'm sure we have all run into that before. My favorite one is I just slightly broke the tip and you end up making a nakiri out if it. Thanks again my brother.
