You ought to take a close look at the Cuisinart French Classic Triply series. Made in France with some features that I think put them above the All-Clad. The handles are more comfortable for one thing and the price is significantly lower than even the big reductions in the sale. I also have 2 copper core All-clad frying pans, an 8" and a 10" and really after discovering the Cuisinart will probably not be buying more products from the company.

Yes, the handle! and price...I have a few of the French made Cuisinart pieces and agree.
