A Handle From Joe

Post by Jeff B »

Joe did an excellent job on a handle for my Jikko Gyuto.

Spalted Maple and Gabon Ebony with Brass accents

Looks like a great handle for the knife, Jeff. I especially like the proportions for that knife - longer and thinner - that makes it seem like an excellent pairing.
