S35VN Boning knife

Post by taz575 »

Did this one today with a 6" long (around 5.5" cutting edge) blade in 3/32" S35VN stainless steel. Handle is G10 Camo Suretouch, rubber layers mixed in with OD green and coyote brown fiberglass. Friend of mine in my fish and game club was looking for a boning knife that will hold an edge a long time.

I have another s35VN blank here that I can do another one with up to a 7.5" or so blade too. Finally getting some shop time in! Going to be working on more pizza cutters tomorrow I think and maybe a magnacut gyuto
