Worked on a set of some Tuna knives this past week. 8" Magnacut blades for the fillet knives and stubby little Tuna Pokers in Nitro V. These are chisel ground and made to stab the tuna under the pectoral fin to cut the blood line to bleed out the tuna quickly for sashimi grade tuna. Handles are Cool Grey and Blue AmeraGrip G10/rubber material.
