This is really nice Carter.
Are you delivering set profiles with your blades or are you customizing to a customer's preference. I.e., flatter or more swept?

Thanks Rob. I am doing both...on my spec knives, it is maker's choice....on custom knives, I work with the customer's preference. This knife is a nice performer for routine tasks, but the tip is very very thin....a shallot/garlic destroyer. I used this blade for a while....was hard to finish it up and let it go.
