Looks good. Sounds like something I would like, grind wise, as I like things that are laser like without being a laser.

I have a few in the 180mm and 210mm range that fit that description....and several150mm big petty/small gyuto that are 38-40mm tall.

That sounds great, my funds are gone at the moment. I have had to salivate over a few naturals and watch others pick them up. Unless something changes I am going to be out of funds until like November or December.

Oooo 180mm and 210mm did you say. What state are they in? Has the heat treatment been done yet?
