WTS Konosuke Keiai Damascus NT 210

Post by Chefspence »

Here's the original item page:
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/kontdagy21.html

Full disclosure, this was sent around in a passaround, then I bought it from someone who bought it after the passaround. It's still in very good shape, the Damascus is still stunning, though I think it may have faded a little bit. You can't tell from the pictures, and you really can't tell at all unless you compare it to the cktg pics. There is a slight scratch on the left side of the blade probably from sharpening, though not noticeable until the light hits it just right. Otherwise in like new condition. Overall a good performing knife, thin, light yet sturdy feel. Great f&f. Sweet handle. I'm only selling because I bought it knowing that I would sell it to try more knives. One of the best looking knives I've seen! Very unique. Asking what I paid plus PayPal and shipping; $220screaming deal on this OOS knife. Thanks for looking.

Changed the price after I double checked what I paid. Even better price than I thought. Jeez, I might list it on eBay and see if I can get a better price

Any idea what this thing is made of?
Or at least, what steel the NT behaves like?
That's a sweet deal indeed, and I've eyed this beauty once or twice o_O

Gosh I can't remember if I heard anything about it. You should ask Mark, but I think it's a proprietary secret. It's definitely more stiff than you'd guess for such a thin knife

I should say that I don't do "friend" through PayPal unless the buyer wants to. I've heard it's less secure for the buyer so I give you that option. At $220, I do ask that the shipping be covered by the buyer, which I can calculate with your shipping info through usps.

It is indeed a sweet, sweet looking knife!
I'll have to keep lusting after this knife for a while longer, though =__=
Peace and joy to whoever does manage to grab it :) :)
