This is a refurbished Vintage 12" Foster Bros. Scimitar. The steel is unknown but definitely high carbon. Takes a great edge and stays sharp. It has been reprofiled and reground with a convex grind. A patina has been forced in a camo pattern. The handle is made from black c-tek scales, brass and black g10.

This thing is great for whole fish butchery. It made light work of everything I threw at it when tested at work. Definitely would be a great addition to anyone's butchery arsenal.
