Prendergast Suji

Post by Kalaeb »

Just picked up this wicked little differentially hardened suji from Dan Prendergast out of the UK. Super fun knife to use. Dan has been a JS since 2006 works out of an ancient forge in the Glouchestershire Cotswolds:

This makes a Masamoto KS look like a blunted butter knife, what a hell of an acute tip

It is super tiny, and crazy thin. I was surprised it made it to me in one piece. I was not sure I was going to be able to use it, but now that I am used to it I enjoy it.

I really love the acute tips for onions, lateral cuts go through like butter.
