Shibata Kotetsu R-2 Gyuto 240mm - CLOSED

Post by dAviD »

Looking to sell this Shibata Kotetsu R-2 Gyuto 240mm I got in a trade recently.

https://www.chefknivestogo.com/shkor2gy24.html

It's an awesome knife I just don't really dig k-tip style chefs knives.
Plus there other knives I still want to play with,
So hopefully someone will be interested in picking this up!

This one is super sharp now after sharping it.
Laser laser. Paper thin tomatoes. It's was really cool seeing how things I could cut stuff....lol.

Tip is mint and she's ready for her next owner.
Comes with the matching saya, original box in mint shape.

I might...
.maybe........
be interested in trades depending
but mostly looking to sell.
$200 plus shipping and fees.

Any other questions please feel free to contact me!

Very tempting. Would be totally interested if this was the 210 or the bunka. My wife likes shorter knives.

Great price! One of the best cutting knives I've used but like dAviD, I'm just not into K-tips.

It's a screaming sharp knife on design alone.
And I've been really wanting to try one of his knifes and see how R2 works. Great stuff. Definitely plan on picking up a guyto from him in the future.
