Mark, Thanks for the new blacksmith offering from Viet Nam. I bought the Nakiri and sharpened it to an 8K polished edge and had my neighbors try it out. While they wanted to purchase it from me I told them that I wanted to show a few more people so, at the golf course yesterday here I am loading my clubs back into my SUV and showing off my new Nakiri to all of my gold buddies in the parking lot.

Work of mouth must work since my golf friend Randy bought the Doi B#2 and brought it over to the course last week to show it off. I convinced him of the benefits of good steel after I re-sharpened his Martin Yan clever for the second time and now after using the Doi Gyuto he and his wife are convinced that a kitchen upgrade is in their future.
