KONO FUJI WHITE 1 240 GYUTO - SOLD!
Thought Id never sell this one, but its not getting the use it deserves. It is honestly one of the best pure cutters Ive had. Its an older stock fujiyama but I put a kasumi finish on it a while back. Its the easiest knife to get sharp in my collection, along with Devin'd pd-1, and probably gets the sharpest out of the steels Ive tried. The heel has been slightly tipped, maybe less than a mm.
