Ah, I also forgot to mention charcouterie from Publican Meats and steak at RPM. I miss Chicago

Publican Quality Meats is a fine place to stop in and get a bite (in addition to being a good butcher counter/to-go for charcuterie). If you get out that way, Tempesta Market is doing very similar things and is quite tasty.

Tip at Frontera: the bar is first-come, first-serve no reservations necessary) and you can order off of the Frontera or Tobolobampo menus (at least you could a few years ago). Although if I'm in the area and hankering for Mexican, I usually head to Bayless's quick-service Xoco for a pretty masterful torta ahogada.
