Carter MS Damascus Custom

Post by ButlerHoosierChef »

So I am just kicking the tires here to see if anyone would be interested in this knife. It is a Carter M.S. Damascus in White steel. It almost looks like the Damascus is in a ladder or twist pattern. The measurements for this knife are 228 mm long 54 mm tall and 7.37 oz. This knife is also sporting a custom Duy Pham handle as well. I am looking at $1350 or $1400 trade value. I am looking for more of a trade but would not be against a sale. I am the second owner but it has never been used. It is BNIB.

I am definitely looking for a wide bevel. I love prepping with those more than anything else. So Shiraki Fujiyama Konosuke HM etc in blue preferably. I know this is a stretch but a Kato Workhorse would be awesome to try as well. So something along those lines. Although I am always amenable to trying something outside the box if it strikes my fancy. So don't be afraid to offer. I am still new to j knives and the more expensive knives are normally not the ones I look at. So you guys will have to excuse my ignorance when it comes to the higher end knives.

Murray hammers out some of the thinnest blades I've ever owned. I don't know how he does it, but he does it well.
