Re: Konosuke Updates
instead of bothering him about this, maybe someone else could help me out here. What does it mean to be without scales? I do know somewhat that it can be altered because of it, but just wondering in little more depth what exactly is the "scale" part that they speak of, and if anyone knows if mark will for sure add custom to these or they will still come black reg handle?

Re: Konosuke Updates
It means the wood "scales" for the Yo handles are not installed. He did this at Marks request so custom handles can be installed without the expense of Konsuke installing and then Mark just removing the factory handles. They can be converted to Wa handles too if the customer so chooses.appleward91 wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2019 1:31 pm instead of bothering him about this, maybe someone else could help me out here. Re: Konosuke Updates
Sweet. I have a 120 Western W2 petty and it is pretty awesome. I think the HD would be even more convenient given how often I use petty knives on citrus.ChefKnivesToGo wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2019 2:29 pmI bought these so expect them to show up later this summer.

Hi Mark/Kosuke,
will there be another batch of the "Shinogi Style Fujiyama" this year? Many thanks. I was not quick enough for the last batch of the beauties ....

Re: Konosuke Updates
It would be cool to have a run with the Konosuke stamp on one side of the blade and hand engraving by Mr. Kawamura on the other!
