Anryu Blue #2 Hammered Gyuto 240mm - CLOSED!

This was my first j-knife, so I’m a little reluctant to sell it but I’m finding my tastes have changed and it’s not getting much use. It’s been sharpened a couple of times and is otherwise in like-new condition. There’s a bit of patina on the core I could clean up if the buyer is interested, but I think it makes for a nice contrast. These knives are very well rounded and can do pretty much anything.

Measurements are 244x51. The spine is 3.9mm at the base but it thins out quickly. Weight is 176g. Steel is stainless clad blue #2 and the handle is oval rosewood with black pakkawood ferrule. Let me know if there any questions.

I think that's a good call. I've never had one, but these are so often highly recommended that I think I would keep it just for that.

It’s definitely keeper material. They were out of stock for the longest time, but I snagged one a few months ago, and love it. Thin edge, thin-thin tip, stainless clad, very pretty to boot.
