Looking to sell this little nakiri. Ive had this knife for a few years. I bought it, cut with it, was super impressed, decided to rehandle it, totally forgot about it, lost it, and just found it. Im not a nakiri guy. It still has the ootb edge.
This is the v2 version, iron clad with kurouchi finish. The handle is the cheap burnt chestnut and plastic ferrule, it does feel good in hand. The fit and finish, aside of the handle is great, everything is rounded, not polished, due to the kurouchi finish.
51mm tall at heel,
168mm from heel to tip,
Spine 3.7 at heel, 1.7 midpoint, 1mm at tip.
The distal taper in this knife is excellent, as is the incredibly thin grind, this knife is crazy thin behind the edge, one of the thinnest ive seen so far.
The price is 120 shipped and paypaled. I feel that it is a steal for this knife, if you feel otherwise, do send me an offer, id like to move this asap.
