And you are correct...the journey is far from over!

My biggest unicorn is a Fujiyama Honyaki by Ashi. But there are several others too :twisted:

Thank you bro'! I have never been one for cleaning my knives of their daily use patina. Damn, if I did I would never get any real work done ;)
