Available kitchen knives

Post by PaulT »

I'll be adding more to this thread as I get photos taken, but here's one to get started. I'll always update the first post with new knives rather than add them at random points in new posts.

Raindrop damascus from Vegas Forge, stainless, AEB-L/302 (same combo as Devin Thomas uses for stainless). Ebony handle with artificial ivory, nickel silver spacers with more ebony between them, octagon shape. 225mm and 230gm, again kind of a workhorse. 3.2mm in front of the handle, 2.3mm halfway along the blade, and 1mm at 1cm from the tip. Blade height at the heel is 49mm and thickness behind the edge all the way along the blade is 0.29mm. I haven't had this one hardness tested but other pieces that I have had tested have come out between 60-61HRC. $675 + shipping.

That one is probably my favourite of the 4. It's light and nimble and a good all round size.

Awesome stuff but dang, I don't see how you can sell these so inexpensively especially the damasteel and Ealy damascus... that steel is not cheap! GLWS

Pretty much just recovering costs at this point. No one should expect these prices to continue indefinitely! :)

First post. They're also on etsy but more expensive because of sellers fees.

Great looking knives!! Really like that feather damascus.
