I'm still on every once in a while, I have been avoiding the site because I just started a new cooking gig and even though I need to update my kit....my wallet won't allow it...lol. but soon I'll be picking up a few toys here and there....lol😈.

Just in case you guys wonder, I got out of the restaurant business.... kinda.
I'm now a chef for a company that services private jets and it's crazy awesome so far👍🤘. I had to cook lobster for four before 8am in the morning the other day and I just keeps getting weirder and more interesting!
