The pictures look like a Santoku and not a Gyuto. Maybe it's just the way the knife is actually made?

Yes it looks like a santoku but I went with what he called it.

Looks like the copy has some conflicting information about this knife in that specs are different and listed twice.

The cladding for the three following Nakagawa Ginsan knives is listed as
Cladding: Soft Iron
I think you meant stainless cladding as is listed on the other Nakagawa Ginsan knife pages.
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/nagibu171.html
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/nagisa17.html
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/nagigy18.html

Also, the Nakagawa Ginsan Gyuto 180mm is listed on the new arrivals page but seems to be missing from the Nakagawa Ginsan page. Is there a 210mm Gyuto?

Looks like some stray kanji instead of an H, after "ferrule" at the start of paragraph 3:

There is no longer a picture of Mr. Yoshimi Kato on the page.

That's called "fat fingering" while typing, something Mark seams to be proficient at. :D

The pictures scream santoku even though it's listed as a gyuto. It doesn't look like it's 240mm in length either but it is just a picture. Just thought it might need some double checking to be sure everything is kosher and not the wrong pictures.
