Harukaze V1: V1 or VG1?

Post by Mowgface »

Hello-

Are the Harukaze V1 Gyutos actually V1 or are they supposed to say VG1?

It is my understanding that V1 is a carbon steel, but in the description it plainly states these are easy to care for because they are fully stainless.

Please advise,
Thanks!

Thanks. I asked and he said VG1. I'll fix on the site now.
