I am so excited by this collaboration I have with @runner_up aka a_cut_above_brookline on Instagram. I profiled, heat treated, and ground a 1095 ~210 mm gyuto. Scott polished up this bad boy to show off the differential hardening. I am planning on installing this in the amboyna handle and including the leather saya. I wanted to give everyone a sneak peak. At this point I am just posting an image Scott used in his stories.
