As many know....I have amassed a fairly nice collection of knives over the past 10 years.
With our intended move later this year it is time for me to reduce the size of this collection drastically.

This is quite the collection. Some of these deals are absolutely phenomenal.

I'm really glad I got my hands on my Anryu 300mm Suji, or else I would have had to buy the Masamoto Sohonten Korin White 330 in a heart beat.
