Weird. One of the reasons I've ordered almost all of my knives from CKTG. You folks are the best.

I upvoted your post on reddit about checking with the owner of Jojiro. I mean Tojiro.

Because the DP has high name recognition and very high sales. Quick turn over = easy money. It's a very popular knife with Japanese knife newcomers on a budget and with line cooks.
If God wanted me to be a vegetarian he wouldn't have made animals taste so good.

This is a big problem in fine wine -- easier, less risk, and more volume to fake inexpensive stuff with high name recognition.
