My new Kohetsu Blue #2 Nashiji Petty 170mm knife arrived today from CKTG and works amazing!
Such a functional work of art and sliced through orange like nothing. Really amazing beauty and larger on average than most petty knives. I love the beautiful finish and kanji engraving. These Japanese knives put expensive brands like Wusthoff to shame for same or equal price.

I own 3 knives from that line, they are always in my monthly rotation, congratulations.

Yeah I bought without having the chance to try them in person and leap of faith but no complaints. They are far more beautiful and even better than the Miyabi Kaizen II Gyuto that I had bought from Sur La Table. Dang now I need a Nakiri and few others later on.

The 210 bunka is a beast, a little weight forward very solid feeling.
