EdgePro Diamond
I am thinking about picking up a few diamond stones (maybe 120ish and 400ish) for my EdgePro. The CKTG diamond stones are relatively inexpensive ($10 +/-), whereas the Atomas are $50 +/-. I am willing to pay the higher price, but only if there is value. Do any of you have an opinion on the differences between these two brands?

Hi Scott,
It depends on how many knives you're sharpening. The more knives you sharpen, the more sense the Atomas make.

Very wise Mr. Mark. Does age increase your wisdom? I hear you are 60 now.ChefKnivesToGo wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2024 10:13 am Hi Scott,

You can blame Mr. Suburban for my being here.
