Re: Konosuke Updates
Ah, thanks Taz. I just looked at the small greyed-out photo and missed that it had no nashiji finish.
Now I'm going to have to explain to my wife why I need another knife that she will say is just the same as the one I already have haha

Re: Konosuke Updates
Too soon to celebrate. As Mr. Taz has mentioned, they haven't arrived yet. If you need any enabling to make a purchase, I'll provide encouraging words.
You can blame Mr. Suburban for my being here.

Surest pediment to a successful sale!! I'd like one of those Hinoki boards. Is there a date for delivery? I know these aren't set in stone.

Re: Konosuke Updates
I appreciate your kind offer to get me into more trouble haha. However if these are the Yahiko offering under a different brand name, I already have one. Or am I missing something here .................??

Re: Konosuke Updates
I looked and haven't seen a Kosuke post here since Sept of last year so maybe he doesn't follow this anymore, or maybe tired of too much demand. But my question is, how come no Nakiri's? I don't think i ever saw one offered and I don't think they are as complicated to make as a gyuto, and I'm sure the demand is there.
Kosuke: please make some Nakiri's for us Nakiri fans! HD2/SLD/SKD or a stainless clad?

Someone purchased it from overseas so I'm going to re-list it once I tell him we can't ship to him. It should be later today.

Thanks to the seller and to you, Mark, and to Ray, who I am sure inspired this act. What a great contribution!

Re: Konosuke Updates
Mahalo Joe. I agree that was a really nice act. Well done all.
I still have a couple more knives to sell that I want to donate the proceeds from.
