Had to put a space in between W and U as the auto correct would not allow otherwise.
I sold a Maestro W U knife to a very well known Executive Chef here several years ago and I've been sharpening it and all his knives since. Recently a reporter got hold of it and contacted me. The same reporter who wrote the article on me. Maestro W U never would have imagined that his knives would me mentioned in a major newspaper here in Nova Scotia Canada.
