Day trip to Madison

Post by STPepper9 » Thu Sep 13, 2018 2:51 pm

So who's planning to go to the shop after the Chicago show?
I'm hoping to make a day trip on Monday.

I'm bummed that I won't be able to make it to Madison, but it's probably better for my wallet that way.

Just don't see a convenient way to make it happen. 5 hours round trip, if the traffic is good, makes for a long day with just the drive. And would have to rent a car.
Think I'm just going to run around the city Monday then find a place to hang out and watch the Bears game that night. Hell...might even go to the game!
I don't fly out until Tues afternoon.
If God wanted me to be a vegetarian he wouldn't have made animals taste so good.

There's worse things to do than explore Chicago for a couple days.

Assuming I'm able to go, I'll have room for 1 or 2 ppl in the car.

We'll see how things play out then....
I definitely have no qualms about just exploring the city if it comes down to that.
