Konosuke Blue #2 Fujiyama 240mm gyuto
I'm going to release one of these in 5 minutes. I would love it if you didn't flip it. https://www.chefknivestogo.com/kofubl2gy24.html
Photo on the site is of the actual knife.
If you miss out I'm going to do more of these. I plan to dribble them out each day. It's easier than trying to make you all email me and then figure out who to give it to.

Well, this has turned into a typing race, LOL! Got it in my cart, everything else was autofilled, in the time it took to enter the CC number it was out of stock.

Re: Konosuke Blue #2 Fujiyama 240mm gyuto
I actually managed to get one in my cart with the autofill completed. Then remembered I just bought a very expensive custom...
After wanting one of these for the last 6 months and never getting the opportunity the timing is a bummer

Reminds me of the old E-Bay auction days, trying to be the very last bidder with one second to go, finger paused over the enter button ........
Re: Konosuke Blue #2 Fujiyama 240mm gyuto
Doing it this way does even the playing field in a way for everyone because post and order count don't play in as a factor this way, truly first come, fastest fingers on this method.
Re: Konosuke Blue #2 Fujiyama 240mm gyuto
And by warning a little ahead of time on the forum, forum regulars get a better shot at getting one. So it seems fair.

Re: Konosuke Blue #2 Fujiyama 240mm gyuto
Sorry guys. There are no perfect ways to do this besides getting more supply. Try again tomorrow at about 10am. I'll do another one and there will be way less people on the email list.
Also, a forum guy did get this one so that's what I'm looking for.

Are there any 270s left or did they all go on the initial email method?ChefKnivesToGo wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 10:42 am Sorry guys. There are no perfect ways to do this besides getting more supply. Re: Konosuke Blue #2 Fujiyama 240mm gyuto
I know we just talked on the phone but I should tell everyone that I'm pretty sure the Safari thing will be fixed later today.
The cart currently has a Yahoo Store domain name that is separate from the chefknivestogo.com domain name and as a security feature, Safari doesn't allow you to be transferred to a different domain to pay for something. We're going to implement a new domain for the cart that is acceptable to search engines (secure. chefknivestogo.com or something like that) as a similar domain and that should allow Safari to accept the transfer of goods in the floating cart to the actual cart.
Sorry for the problem. That's doubly not fair to you since you had no chance to get the knife. Tomorrow you should have a fighting chance.

Had been sitting on the forum waiting for this to go up for sale and then the wife comes in to talk about our 401K enrolment for next year and I missed again! I think the knife universe is trying to tell me something.

Jeff, deferred gratification can be so overrated. Forget about retirement income and spend tomorrow hitting the refresh button. You need one of those knives!

It's been calling my name for a LONG time. And hey, I'll have one hellava knife collection to sell off to fund my retirement if I make it that long!LaVieestBelle wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 1:16 pm Jeff, deferred gratification can be so overrated. FYI: I've had issues with safari and chrome with this particular site. I tested and used Mozilla/Firefox yesterday and it worked like a charm.
